Now, the market is mainly focusing on three things:
1: When will the trade conflict end xmserving.completely? My answer is that within the 4 years of Trump's term, the trade stick will not disappear, it will only be a temporary easing. This is the most powerful and effective tool for the United States to negotiate with its trading partners and will not be thrown away easily.
2: Geopolitical risks trigger risk aversion. Since the US election on November 5 last year, Trump threatened to resolve the Ukraine-Russia conflict within 24 hours after taking office. Half a year has passed and the two sides have not agreed, but instead, the atmosphere has become increasingly tense.
3: In June, nearly US$6.5 trillion in US bonds matured, US fiscal revenue was only US$5 trillion, expenditure reached US$10 trillion, and fiscal deficit rose. The market will increasingly worry about the risk of default, which aggravates the risk of risk funds.
